Just in case

Just in case you were wondering~ No, I didn't have to go through acupuncture. Yet. I'm waiting for my Grandmother to tell me to lie down and get attacked again.

Speaking of my grandma, I haven't seen her yet today because she is still sleeping. She is definitely not the typical old lady. She's almost 80, but she doesn't go to bed until the wee hours of the morning (I'm talking 6am). She is usually playing games (mahjong) online or watching tv. And she can drink any of the men in the neighborhood under the table.

Contrast that with my grandpa, who is in bed by eight, and gets up super early to go to the market and buy food for the day. And if he's not cooking, then he's on the couch watching the news. Or playing mahjong if he can get anyone to play with him. Then he could stay up until 1am.

I haven't heard from Key West about the graduation trip yet. I'm assuming it's not this weekend since it's Thursday now and no one has been notified yet? Or everyone except me knows. I wouldn't be surprised, considering the lack of communication between Key West and its teachers. Oh well, at least I get to spend the weekend with my family before heading back to BanChiao. And see more of my aunt, since she doesn't get home from work until at least 7pm, then goes to bed hecka early.

On the travel front: We have booked a place to stay for our one night in Hong Kong, near the Peak Tram to see Victoria Peak and the Botanical Gardens. Exciting!!! Only 39 more days until we leave Taiwan! WOOOO!
